• Each person may hold only one account — opening multiple accounts using the same number or details is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information must be provided at registration. Providing false details may result in account closure at any time.
• Your mobile number must be registered in your own name.
• Newpek may request identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is completed.

There are a few fundamental rules to follow when betting at Newpek. These rules apply equally to everyone — no exceptions.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless it is automatically voided due to a technical issue.
• Bets placed on live betting after a match has started will be settled accordingly.
• If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, bets placed on that event will be refunded.
• If odds are displayed incorrectly, Newpek reserves the right to settle bets at the correct odds.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳50; the maximum limit varies by account and event.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a profit (arbitrage betting) is a violation of Newpek's policy.

All transactions on Newpek are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Newpek does not charge any processing fee on deposits.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the mobile number registered on your account.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
• If an active bonus is in play, withdrawals may be restricted until its wagering requirements are met.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.

Newpek's bonuses and promotions are special benefits for our users. However, each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is available to new registrants making their first deposit only.

• Illegal financial transactions or money laundering.

• Threatening or harassing other users.

• An initial response will be provided within 24 hours of receiving your complaint.
• Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours.
• Official evidence may be submitted in disputes concerning betting outcomes.
• Newpek's final decision is binding on all parties.

Newpek may update these terms and conditions when necessary. Users will be notified before any changes take effect.

• For significant changes, you will be notified via app and SMS at least 7 days in advance.
• You have the right to close your account if you do not agree with the updated terms.
• Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.
